We are partnering with a top-tier, nationally recognized law firm to identify a junior to mid-level Litigation Associate for its Products Liability practice in Atlanta.
The Role
You’ll be part of a high-performing litigation team handling complex matters involving products liability, medical malpractice, and pharmaceutical or medical device litigation.
This is a hands-on role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to grow quickly within a sophisticated practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Support and participate in depositions and trial preparation
- Manage discovery processes, including document review and production
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and execution
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Georgia Bar admission
- 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in:
- Products liability
- Medical malpractice
- Pharmaceutical or medical device litigation
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
