Our client, a well-established mid-sized law firm with a strong presence across the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney to join its growing Annapolis, Maryland office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain significant courtroom experience while managing a diverse caseload of family law matters.

Responsibilities:

Manage family law cases from intake through resolution
Handle matters including divorce, custody, child support, and property division
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and trials
Communicate with clients and provide strategic legal guidance

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school
Active Maryland Bar license required
3–5+ years of family law experience
Strong litigation and courtroom experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
