Employment Litigation Associate Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of litigation experience
- Admission to practice law in Florida
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Employment Litigation Associate Preferred Background & Skills
- Prior experience in labor and employment law
Employment Litigation Associate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Draft and respond to discovery requests and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions in court
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting key deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters
