Pre-Construction Project Manager – Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in concrete construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, with an emphasis on concrete scopes.
• Proven ability to support multiple workstreams in an active construction environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to work primarily onsite at active construction sites.

Pre-Construction Project Manager – Mission Critical Preferred Background & Skills

• OSHA Certification.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Tekla.

Pre-Construction Project Manager –

• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, milestones, and daily logistics with operational leadership.
• Manage document control tasks including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and contract files.
• Track field progress using Bluebeam and maintain weather, production, and material logs.
• Expedite materials and communicate with vendors to ensure smooth project flow.
• Review invoices, verify pay applications, and ensure cost coding aligns with established budgets.
• Lead weekly jobsite coordination meetings and document actionable items.
• Support punch-list management and project close-out deliverables.
