The Assistant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs, and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys hard work and shows a true commitment to their career. A solid passion for craft beer is a plus but not a deal breaker.
