Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of F&B management experience
  • Proven understanding of operational excellence
  • Required: State alcohol certification & Manager ServSafe
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • New opening experience is highly preferred
  • Accountable, motivational leader with high-performance standards
  • Strong communicator with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and effective at multitasking and delegation
  • Guest-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working across all levels—guests, teams, vendors, and partners
