Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of F&B management experience
- Proven understanding of operational excellence
- Required: State alcohol certification & Manager ServSafe
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- New opening experience is highly preferred
- Accountable, motivational leader with high-performance standards
- Strong communicator with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and effective at multitasking and delegation
- Guest-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working across all levels—guests, teams, vendors, and partners
