Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3+ years of F&B management experience
Proven understanding of operational excellence
Required: State alcohol certification & Manager ServSafe
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periods

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

New opening experience is highly preferred
Accountable, motivational leader with high-performance standards
Strong communicator with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Highly organized and effective at multitasking and delegation
Guest-focused, results-driven, and self-motivated
Comfortable working across all levels—guests, teams, vendors, and partners
