As part of an established and growing hospitality group, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring General Manager to lead our high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar. General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

5+ years of experience leading high-volume, upscale, full-service restaurant operations
Oversee both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring quality food, beverage, and service standards
Manage all aspects of daily operations including staffing, inventory, scheduling, and compliance
Lead P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and labor optimization
Build and develop high-performing teams through recruiting, training, and mentorship
Foster a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with culinary and bar leadership to ensure excellence in every guest experience
Engage with guests regularly, addressing feedback and building lasting relationships
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
