Facilities Support – HVAC & Refrigeration Technician

A leading hospitality facilities services provider is expanding and seeking experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support a network of busy restaurants across the region. This is an opportunity to focus on your technical skills rather than sales quotas, in a role offering stability, steady work year-round, and room for growth.

$32–$40/hour based on experience
Up to 20% bonus paid biweekly

HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experience
EPA Universal certification
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Reliable, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
Willingness to learn and assist with additional facilities trades as needed
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

HVAC & Refrigeration Technician Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems including walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, and rooftop units
Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot a range of restaurant equipment
Cross-train and support teammates across disciplines to ensure seamless operations
Accurately document all work performed through a digital work order system
Partner with restaurant managers and facilities leadership to minimize equipment downtime and maintain high brand standards
