A family-oriented hospitality group seeks a hands-on Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations in Savannah, Georgia.

Executive Chef Compensation & Benefits:

Strong Base Salary from 80-85K DOE
Performance Bonuses
Relocation Assistance on a case by case basis to Savannah, Georgia

Executive Chef Job Requirement:

Actively cooking, hands-on Executive Chef with a supportive kitchen presence
Experience in high-volume, multi-revenue operations
Background in catering, hotel, or stadium-style environments with orchestration across venues
Minimum 3+ years in a Sous Chef or Executive Chef position
Proven ability to build systems, consistency, and great menus
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a servant-leader approach
Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
A working chef who can develop the team
Full accountability for COGS, labor, training, and team development
Forward-thinking culinary vision with a passion for quality and cleanliness
Able to work as a team with leadership
Reliable
