NOW HIRING: MULTI-UNIT EXECUTIVE CHEF – NORFOLK, VA

Upscale Casual to Upscale Dining Experience Required

Are you a culinary leader ready to oversee two high-volume, upscale restaurants? We’re looking for a Multi-Unit Executive Chef to drive excellence in Norfolk, VA. Relocation candidates welcome.

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $140,000 – $145,000
Performance Bonus: Up to 30% annually

Your Role:

Lead culinary operations across two full-service restaurants
Develop, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams
Ensure menu innovation, food quality, and operational consistency
Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships
Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards

Who You Are:

Experienced Executive Chef or Multi-Unit Culinary Leader in high-volume, upscale casual or upscale restaurants
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Financially savvy with P&L and labor management experience
Passionate about culinary excellence and contemporary dining trends
