Regional Director of Operations – Upscale Hospitality Group (DC Area)

Are you an experienced multi-unit operations leader ready to take your career to the next level? A growing upscale hospitality and design-focused restaurant group in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee multiple high-volume locations and drive operational excellence.

Location: Washington, DC area

Salary: $160,000 – $165,000 + 20% bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop multi-unit management teams to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, and cost controls across assigned locations.
• Implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience, employee engagement, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with all brand, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Partner with culinary and design teams to maintain the group’s high-quality standards and unique concept execution.

Qualifications:

• Proven multi-unit leadership experience in full-service, upscale restaurants.
• Must Have FULL SERVICE restaurant experience
• Strong financial acumen and track record of achieving operational KPIs.
• Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.
