An established and highly respected gaming and hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial strategy, compliance, and operational oversight for a dynamic property.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strengthening operational controls, and partnering with executive leadership to drive business performance and profitability.

Director of Finance Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and internal control systems across the organization

• Oversee accounting, audit, purchasing, and operational compliance functions

• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and balance sheet reporting

• Analyze financial trends and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Ensure regulatory compliance with gaming, IRS, and state compact requirements

• Prepare the organization for internal and external audits while protecting financial assets

• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

Director of Finance Requirements

• 5+ years of finance leadership experience in the gaming industry (Native American casino experience preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong knowledge of gaming compliance, financial reporting, and accounting systems

• Proven ability to lead teams while driving financial strategy and operational improvement

• Excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented leadership style.
