Personal Lines Inside Sales Benefits & Compensation

Personal Lines Inside Sales Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant insurance sales experience
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Professional, hard-working, high-energy, and team-oriented
- Previous personal lines (PL) experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Personal Lines Inside Sales Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with Applied Epic software
- Background or training with captive agencies
Personal Lines Inside Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support Personal Lines accounts through proactive client service
- Perform cross-sell and upsell activities via pre-scheduled policy review appointments
- Generate client referrals and quote both new and renewal business
- Leverage inbound leads from a leading local mortgage broker partner—no cold calling
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
