Competitive base salary ($45K–$50K) plus monthly commissions ($1K–$3K average)

Personal Lines Inside Sales Requirements & Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant insurance sales experience
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Professional, hard-working, high-energy, and team-oriented
Previous personal lines (PL) experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Personal Lines Inside Sales Preferred Background & Skills

Experience with Applied Epic software
Background or training with captive agencies

Personal Lines Inside Sales Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Support Personal Lines accounts through proactive client service
Perform cross-sell and upsell activities via pre-scheduled policy review appointments
Generate client referrals and quote both new and renewal business
Leverage inbound leads from a leading local mortgage broker partner—no cold calling
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to a positive team culture
