Casual Full-Service Restaurant | Open 7 Days a Week

Are you a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences every day of the week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, and bartenders
  • Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve concerns with professionalism
  • Manage daily floor operations, scheduling, and labor controls
  • Run pre-shift meetings and maintain high service standards
  • Partner with the BOH team to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
  • High energy, hands-on approach, and passion for hospitality
