We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician for our large venue. The ideal candidate is someone who can use their experience to take care of issues as they arise, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate repairs with vendors.

 Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

·      Coordinate with the Facilities Manager across the entire venue with a hands-on approach to take care of issues as they arise

·      Oversee preventative maintenance programs to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and regulatory requirements.

·      Collaborate with operations, janitorial, and housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

·      Monitor and respond to emergency repair needs with a sense of urgency

Facilities Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

·      Proven experience working in challenging environments such as boiler rooms

·     Possess strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.

·      Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills along with an eagle eye for detail.

·  Ability to understand and speak Spanish

Facilities Maintenance Technician Benefits:

·      Base salary of $55-$63K based on experience
