We are seeking a dynamic Director of Hotel Operations to lead a portfolio of branded hotels, mentor and develop General Managers, drive profitability, and help shape the future of an expanding organization. This highly visible leadership role is ideal for a results-driven hospitality professional who thrives on building strong teams, elevating operational performance, and having a direct influence on company growth and success.
Director of Hotel Operations Compensation and Benefits

Director of Hotel Operations Requirements and Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive hotel operations leadership, including successful General Manager experience
- Strong experience with major hotel brands, particularly Hilton and/or Marriott
- Proven ability to oversee hotel P&Ls, GOP, budgets, labor controls, operating expenses, and overall profitability
- Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and holding General Managers accountable for operational and financial performance
- Area, regional, or multi-property hotel operations leadership experience
Director of Hotel Operations Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience with new hotel openings, management transitions, and portfolio growth
- Strong understanding of STR reports, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue strategy, and market share performance
- Hands-on leadership style with expertise in SOP development, brand compliance, asset management, guest satisfaction, and management team development
