A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its growing Nashville practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client exposure, and long-term advancement within a collaborative team.

The attorney will work on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters, with a particular focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing. The position offers hands-on responsibility and the opportunity to work directly with experienced attorneys and sophisticated clients on significant transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases
• Manage due diligence and transaction closings
• Assist with development and other property-related agreements
• Advise clients throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions
• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other transaction participants

Qualifications:

• Approximately 3–5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience
• Strong acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing background
• Meaningful experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to take ownership of substantive portions of transactions
• Tennessee Bar admission or ability to obtain admission
• Ability to work from the Nashville area
