Seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Transactional Attorney to join a growing firm. This role offers sophisticated transactional and regulatory work, strong mentorship, and work-life balance. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney interested in sophisticated transactional and regulatory work.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise health care providers, suppliers, and emerging companies on complex transactional, business, and regulatory matters
  • Support significant transactions and analyze complex regulatory requirements and provide clear, practical, and actionable legal guidance
  • Draft legal analyses, agreements, and other transactional documents
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ operations, business objectives, and strategic goals
  • Collaborate with attorneys across health care specialties, including fraud and abuse, licensing and certification, and reimbursement matters
  • Assist clients navigating evolving health care regulations and industry developments
  • Build substantive expertise in health care law through meaningful client work and mentorship

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar admission required
  • Junior to mid-level associate experience
  • Experience working with complex regulatory frameworks and/or significant transactional matters
  • Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex legal issues into concise and practical advice for clients
  • Strong interest in health care law and the business of health care
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $225,000–$370,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
