Restaurant General Manager | West Midtown Atlanta

Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale, or fine dining restaurant
- Experience managing annual restaurant sales of $6 million or more
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls
- Proven ability to lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Exceptional polish, professionalism, and executive presence
- Commitment to providing memorable hospitality and consistently exceeding guest expectations
- Experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing managers and hourly team members
- Ability to establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable for operational results
- Strong partnership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the Executive Chef and senior leadership
- Dedication to maintaining exceptional standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience leading a fast-paced, high-profile restaurant
- Strong knowledge of upscale service standards and hospitality-driven operations
- Hands-on, visible, and highly engaged leadership style
