Sous Chef – Exciting New Restaurant Opening!
Ready for your next culinary leadership opportunity? We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join the opening team of an exciting new upscale restaurant concept coming to Orlando this November!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a culinary leader who wants to be part of a new opening while joining an established and growing restaurant organization. You can start immediately, train within an existing Orlando-area restaurant, and transition to the new concept as opening approaches.
What We're Looking For in Our Sous Chef:
- 1–3+ years of Sous Chef or comparable culinary leadership experience
- Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience required
- High-volume culinary experience strongly preferred
- Strong career tenure and progression
- Experience with food cost, labor, ordering, purchasing, and inventory
- Proven ability to hire, train, coach, and develop BOH teams
- Strong culinary fundamentals and commitment to quality and consistency
- Professional and polished leadership style
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Local Orlando-area candidates strongly preferred
