We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as the primary client partner for a high-profile destination marketing account. Account Director Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for a major destination marketing account
• Partner with Creative, Media, Digital, Content, and Project Management teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
• Manage budgets, forecasting, account profitability, contract negotiations, and scope development
• Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to executive-level clients
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional services and strategic initiatives
• Support new business efforts, including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
• Mentor and develop Account Managers, Account Supervisors, and Coordinators
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives

Account Director Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of account management or client services experience within an integrated marketing, advertising, branding, digital, or media agency
• Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships and complex integrated marketing initiatives
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Tourism, destination marketing, hospitality, or government marketing experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in the Jackson, MS area and regularly attend in-person client meetings
