We're looking for a Tool Maker who takes pride in building, repairing, and improving precision injection molds. This is a true toolroom role where your experience is valued, your ideas are heard, and your work keeps production moving.

What You'll Do
- Build, repair, and troubleshoot precision injection molds
- Machine mold components to tight tolerances
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and EDM equipment
- Work alongside engineering and production to improve tooling performance
What We're Looking For
- Injection mold build and repair experience
- CNC mill and/or lathe setup experience
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with precision measuring tools
- Bonus points for SolidWorks, Mastercam, EDM, or welding experience
