We are looking for a Director of Operations to oversee and lead our teams. We are looking for a structured, disciplined, and charismatic leader who has experience with upscale, full-service and multi-concept organizations.
Director of Operations Leadership Style:

Director of Operations Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Director of Operations experience
- Complex, geographically dispersed restaurant portfolios with independent restaurants
- Experience with multiple concepts and brands
- Strong experience with licensing, management agreements and franchise relationships
- International operations
- New restaurant opening experience and restaurant turnarounds
Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead and strengthen the Management Teams
- Improve restaurant-level performance and profitability
- Create great accountability and follow-through
- Translate the company vision into clear operational priorities and execution
