Regional Director of Operations

Regional Director of Operations Benefits & Compensation

  • Base salary up to $125,000 plus a lucrative performance-based bonus program

Regional Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant operations leadership experience
  • Experience overseeing high-volume, elevated dining or upscale casual restaurants
  • Demonstrated success leading General Managers and management teams
  • Strong financial acumen, including management of food cost, labor cost, P&L statements, inventory controls, and operational KPIs
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and retain top talent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable balancing hands-on operational leadership with strategic planning
  • Experience opening new restaurants highly preferred

Regional Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills

  • Track record of building teams focused on people-first leadership and culture
  • Success in rapidly scaling restaurant operations

Regional Director of Operations Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing management teams across multiple locations
  • Ensure outstanding guest experiences and operational consistency
  • Recruit and retain hospitality professionals to fuel growth
  • Coach and develop leaders through regular performance reviews and development planning
  • Oversee restaurant performance, analyzing labor, food cost, and operating metrics to drive profitability and efficiency
  • Lead the planning and successful execution of new restaurant openings
  • Collaborate with ownership and leadership to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices
