What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of salaried restaurant management experience.
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong operational knowledge including labor, inventory, food cost, and scheduling.
• A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not the office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
