A leading hospitality group is seeking a people-driven general manager to guide multiple revenue streams under one roof. This is a high-impact role for a visible leader passionate about culture, growth, mentorship, and shaping exceptional guest experiences.

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume settings
  • At least 2 years of multi-unit or senior operational leadership
  • Proven ability to build and develop strong teams and leaders
  • Demonstrated success in coaching, mentorship, and people management
  • Strong financial acumen, including labor management and budget oversight
  • Track record working collaboratively across FOH and BOH operations
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, POS systems, and reporting tools
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience developing formal training programs or leadership structures
  • Familiarity with operational systems and hospitality technologies
  • Background in implementing SOPs and new communication tools

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational excellence, service standards, and staff culture across multiple venues
  • Provide strong floor presence—particularly within the primary flagship restaurant—to ensure outstanding guest experiences
  • Mentor and develop management and hourly teams, fostering growth, accountability, and succession planning
  • Collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leaders to align service and hospitality execution
  • Build, refine, and maintain systems, processes, and SOPs to support organizational growth and guest satisfaction
  • Analyze financial performance, operational trends, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and sustainability
