General Manager Benefits

General Manager Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years leading multiple restaurant locations
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume restaurant environments
  • Strong coaching and leadership development abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials, including labor management, inventory controls, and profit-and-loss statements
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, visible leadership style with a willingness to be involved in day-to-day operations
  • Commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences and positive team cultures

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple restaurant locations
  • Partner with General Managers to strengthen performance, accountability, and team development
  • Ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience across all restaurants
  • Monitor business metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and labor efficiency
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop future leaders within the organization
  • Maintain excellence in service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and execution
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to support company initiatives and expansion efforts
  • Travel between assigned locations to provide coaching, support, and operational guidance
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, food safety requirements, and employment regulations
