- Coaching and developing the team.
- Must promote a Hospitality focused culture
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Thinking on your feet during a very fast-paced service while staying positive
- Motivating the team through thick and thin
- Good career tenure.
- 3 plus years of experience in the role of Assistant General Manager
- Full-Service High Volume Restaurant experience required
- Knowledge of budget management and financials.
- FOH & BOH Experience is a plus
