Director of Food & Beverage Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive resort food and beverage leadership
  • Stable work history in an upscale Resort.
  • Superior time management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams, outlets, and departments
  • Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools / Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a Hands-on environment at a fast pace.
  • Deep understanding of F&B preparation techniques, health department, and liquor law regulations

 

Director of Food & Beverage Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee all food and beverage outlets and activities to ensure timely execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead departmental budgeting and regularly monitor financial performance
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring operations remain competitive and profitable
  • Uphold and improve quality standards across service and product offerings
