Our construction client is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Daly City area.

Multifamily Construction Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager from the preconstruction phase through project completion 
  • Assist the PM in preparing and submitting project schedules, cost estimates,RFI and bid packages
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Manage subcontractors
  • Enforce quality control and safety standards on the job site and ensure adherence by direct reports and subcontractors

Multifamily Construction Assistant Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • 4+ years of construction industry experience
  • Ground up multifamily and mixed-use experience required

Multifamily Construction Assistant Project Manager Benefits:
