A leader in engineering energy systems is expanding to meet growing customer demand. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage field service technicians and parts sales team. You'll have an impact in the delivery of high quality service and strengthen the aftermarket parts and service offering. You'll play a key role in driving loyalty and long-term revenue growth.

Customer Experience & Aftermarket Solutions Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or EPC settings
- BS in business, engineering preferred
- Proven sucess in customer service and sales for an OEM
- track record for solid leadership
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient in financial and cost control management
- Contract administration experience
- Proven continous improvement mindset and initiatives
- Strong communication, financial oversight, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
Customer Experience & Aftermarket Solutions Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee field service technicians and parts team
- Foster collaborative high performance culture
- Ensure high level of proactive customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve escaltaed customer issues
- Champion customer service contract initiatives
- Achieve sales targets with parts, retrofits and rebuilds
- Analyze sales dta and market trends
- Optimize processes to enhance efficiency in service delivery processes
- Implement KPI's to mearsure and track performance
- Collaborate with other departments and shareholders
