A Luxury Hotel in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Food & Beverage professional to lead its Food & Beverage Teams. The ideal candidate will possess previous Hotel Food & Beverage experience at this level or higher, with responsibilities leading Restaurant, Bar, Lounge, In-room Dining, Banquets, and Events. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all Food & Beverage activities
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of service
  • Train and manage Food & Beverage Managers
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet Guest volume needs
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:

  • Fine Dining experience in at least a 4 Star Hotel
  • Have a strong focus on restaurant management training required – wine knowledge desirable
  • 3-5 years of Food & Beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million
  • Candidates with a Culinary background and experience would be preferred. 
  • Strong Leadership and inter-department collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of driving Food & Beverage revenues
  • A positive Leader that works well under pressure and is adaptable to meet or exceed the task at hand
  • Ability to understand and positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance 
  • Capable of effectively managing both front and back of house operations
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Food Manager Certification and Liquor License required, or completion of this certificate within the first six months of employment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
