A growing, plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Houston is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney looking for hands-on case responsibility, strong support, and long-term growth within a high-performing environment.

Requirements for the Role
- Active license and good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- 2–5 years of experience, with personal injury required
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Willingness to work in-office with consistent on-site presence
Responsibilities for the Role
- Manage personal injury cases through the litigation phase
- Handle depositions, discovery, and case strategy development
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Oversee case progress and collaborate with case managers and support staff
- Work on a variety of matters including auto, trucking, premises, and workplace claims
- Drive cases toward resolution through negotiation and litigation strategy
