A high-performing, chef-driven restaurant is seeking an Executive Sous Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume environment
Manage food costs, labor, and scheduling
Ensure consistency, quality, and execution across all dishes
Contribute to menu development and culinary innovation
Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization

Qualifications

Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience with strong leadership ability
Proven ability to manage food and labor costs
Experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment
Passion for food and continuous improvement
Organized, efficient, and hands-on approach
