Executive Chef | High-Growth, People-First Restaurant Group

What You’ll Do

Lead from the front—maintaining a strong, visible presence in the kitchen every day
Champion food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards at the highest level
Hire, train, coach, and inspire a large BOH team to perform at their best
Bring structure, organization, and accountability to kitchen operations
Partner closely with leadership to align on goals, strategy, and execution
Own the numbers—manage food cost, labor, inventory, and scheduling with precision

What You Bring

3+ years as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a full-service, upscale environment
Proven success leading high-volume ($5M+) scratch kitchens
Experience managing and developing teams of 30+
Strong operational and financial acumen—you understand both people and profit
Systems-driven mindset with the ability to implement and maintain structure
A true passion for cooking and how food impacts the guest experience—this is a hands-on role, not a clipboard position
