Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years as a Manager in a casual or polish casual concept
- A polished and professional presentation
- A team builder and hands-on leader that fosters a feeling of being valued by the team
- Understanding of delivering financial results
- A NEVER SAY NO approach to guest satisfaction
- High energy and outgoing personality
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a great experience to every guest
- Uncompromising in standards and never looking for short-cuts
