Our growing client is looking for a Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy to help them execute their design projects meeting and exceeding client expectations.

Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Benefits:

Base salary of $75-130

Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Responsibilities:

Render conceptual design ideas and prepares 2D and 3D presentation/design drawings of asset strategy projects including tenant improvements (TI), repositioning, amenities, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners. Ideal candidates also have experience working on industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, etc.
Assist in developing project work plans in Deltek Vision for large scale and/or complex projects.
Lead project teams, construction documentation, and design coordination with Project Managers
Mentor staff, support recruiting, and foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and agencies
Drive project delivery: planning, design concepts, presentations, and technical development
Oversee documentation quality, specifications, and coordination across disciplines
Support business development through proposals, client growth, and new opportunities
Participate in the design and construction phase activities

Sr. Technical Designer – Asset Strategy Qualifications:

BS in Architecture or related field
8+ years of experience as Technical Designer for workplace project
Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit
Experience with asset strategy projects including tenant improvements (TI), repositioning, amenities, interior build outs, building additions, lobby renovations, full-floor renovations, corporate center expansions, and working with landlords/brokers/building owners. Ideal candidates also have experience working on industrial buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, logistics facilities, etc.
