Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Prior restaurant leadership or general management experience in high-volume, full-service settings with a full bar
Strong P&L knowledge and computer proficiency (Excel, POS, Windows)
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift 25 lbs
Results-driven, team-oriented, and trustworthy
Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to operational excellence
Pre-employment screening required post-offer

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Flexibility, patience, and eagerness to learn
Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
