Hospitality General Manager Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of a titled General Manager position in the nightlife, bar, casino or eatertainment industry
Banquet and full-service F&B experience
Experience overseeing $9M+ revenue/year
Experience leading 75+ employees in one location
Experience with training and developing teams
Passion for being hands-on and providing supportive leadership
Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma

Hospitality General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

Solid tenure and proven loyalty to past employers
Bartending experience in the past
Technology-savvy, including inventory tracking software
Local networking and revenue building experience
