We’re seeking a Sous Chef to join a well-respected, upscale full-service restaurant group known for its creativity, consistency, and commitment to excellence.
This is an opportunity to work alongside talented Executive Chefs who are passionate about innovation, quality, and delivering a standout guest experience. Every dish matters here—from execution to presentation—and we’re looking for a Sous Chef who takes pride in that same level of detail.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Executive Chef in all daily kitchen operations
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation on every plate
- Maintain and manage food cost, labor, and inventory controls
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong understanding of cost controls and labor management
- A hands-on leader who can take direction and lead from the front
- Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
