We are looking for a Director of Banquets at a premier resort on Florida's Gulf Coast! If you have a luxury resort or upscale conference hotel background, we would love to talk!

Director of Banquets Benefits and Compensation:

Director of Banquets Requirements:

Requires at least 5 years of direct experience in Banquet/F&B operations.
Strong skills in coordinating high-volume banquets and effective communication.
Robust management, leadership, and teamwork values.
Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must understand the Four Diamond service and beverage standards.

Director of Banquets Background:

Luxury Resort or Full-Service Hotel background with HEAVY BANQUET OPERATIONS.
Experience with at least 50,000 sq. ft. of event space, 75+ team members
A team-oriented individual who can develop talent and increase the quality of service and overall guest experience
Driven to achieve results and create unforgettable events
