We’re seeking a hands-on, service-driven Client Services Manager to play a key role in how our business connects with and supports clients. This position sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer experience – owning the inbound booking process, building lasting client relationships, and helping lead a small team.

Client Services Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales and reservations, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Generate quotes, pricing, and proposals with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring accountability and service standards
  • Coordinate closely with operations on scheduling, logistics, and execution
  • Maintain working knowledge of services, pricing, and availability
  • Track bookings and performance using Excel and internal systems
  • Support business needs with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Client Services Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, reservations, or client-facing roles (required)
  • Experience handling inbound inquiries and converting to bookings
  • Experience generating quotes, pricing, or proposals
  • Prior experience managing or supervising a small team
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with pricing/calculations
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality, event, catering, or service-based industries
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Spanish or additional language skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
