General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within hospitality is a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for staff development
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

Experience mentoring and training restaurant staff
Ability to thrive working collaboratively with ownership and team

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage daily operations to ensure top-tier service and efficient restaurant flow
Lead, train, and develop front-of-house team members
Oversee guest satisfaction and support employee performance
Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering
Uphold cleanliness, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams for consistent excellence
Address customer inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience
