General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within hospitality is a plus

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience mentoring and training restaurant staff

General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure top-tier service and efficient restaurant flow
  • Lead, train, and develop front-of-house team members

  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams for consistent excellence
