A regionally accredited university is seeking a Clinical Lab Instructor to support its Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) program.

This full-time role focuses on guiding nursing students through skills labs and simulation-based learning while supporting clinical readiness and academic success. The instructor will work closely with faculty, clinical partners, and program leadership to ensure high-quality instruction and student engagement in a collaborative learning environment.

Clinical Lab Instructor – Key Responsibilities

Facilitate student learning in skills labs, simulation environments, and online learning platforms
Provide guidance and mentorship related to clinical practice, professionalism, and nursing competencies
Support implementation of the nursing curriculum and academic program objectives
Collaborate with faculty and healthcare partners to ensure effective clinical preparation
Maintain current knowledge of nursing curriculum, policies, and clinical best practices
Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to support academic progress

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Nursing required
Active, unencumbered RN license required
Minimum 2 years of professional nursing practice experience
Teaching experience in nursing education preferred
Experience with simulation labs or clinical instruction preferred
Comfort using learning management systems and instructional technology
