We are seeking a highly driven Executive General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant operation. This role requires a confident leader who thrives on execution, operational excellence, and developing strong teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of leadership, business acumen, and hospitality, ensuring both people and performance operate at the highest level. You will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring systems, standards, and communication remain strong across the entire operation.

General Manager Benefits

General Manager Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a General Manager in QSR, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant environments
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large teams
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory management tools
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe preferred)
  • NYC Food Handlers Card required
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
  • Lead and develop a large team, including managers and kitchen leadership
  • Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety
  • Manage labor scheduling and staffing to meet business needs and cost targets
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls to support financial performance
  • Ensure efficient service, accuracy, and hospitality in every guest interaction
  • Coordinate high-volume takeout, delivery, and catering operations
  • Enforce operational systems and procedures to maintain consistency and efficiency
  • Handle cash management, deposits, and daily financial reporting
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture
  • Communicate clearly and respond quickly to operational challenges
