Our client, a 60+-year-old life insurance organization is looking to add an Insurance Customer Service Agent to its growing team.

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide an excellent customer experience
Answer a wide variety of questions and assist customers throughout the application process
Ensure data integrity within the CRM
Comply with all regulatory policies regarding information confidentiality and privacy

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT REQUIREMENTS:

1+ call center environment experience
Active AZ life insurance license

INSURANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT COMPENSATION:

Salary + bonus
401k + 6% match
Health, dental, vision
Cell phone stipend
160 hours of PTO + 11 paid holidays
