Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant general manager experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build, train, and lead high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management and all restaurant cost areas
  • Hands-on management approach
  • Passion for delivering outstanding food, beverages, and hospitality
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
