We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in New Jersey!
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively identify, engage, and build a healthy talent pipeline of qualified candidates for various corporate positions using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media.
- Recruitment Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and assessments between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring all parties are informed of logistics.
- ATS & Data Management: Manage, update, and maintain accurate candidate profiles, resumes, feedback, and application documentation within the applicant tracking system.
- Job Posting Administration: Assist in drafting, posting, and monitoring job descriptions across various corporate career sites and external job boards to maintain visibility.
- Screening & Onboarding Support: Conduct initial resume screenings to identify top talent and collaborate with HR to facilitate a smooth pre-employment check and onboarding process for new hires.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, paired with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Language & Communication: Must be fully bilingual in Korean and English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical & Sourcing Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experienced in utilizing talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
