Director of Operations – Upscale Hospitality Group
Tampa, FL
$130,000 – $150,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + EBITDA Participation
A rapidly growing upscale hospitality group is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead and scale a portfolio of chef-driven restaurants and lifestyle hospitality concepts.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced multi-unit operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys developing leaders, and wants to help shape the future growth of a respected hospitality organization.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational leadership, financial acumen, hospitality culture, and the ability to build strong systems and accountability across multiple concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee operational performance across multiple upscale hospitality concepts
- Develop and coach General Managers and leadership teams
- Drive operational consistency, accountability, and guest experience standards
- Support beverage and bar program oversight across concepts
- Improve labor efficiency, systems, and profitability
- Partner with culinary, events, and hospitality teams to elevate execution
- Help support future restaurant openings and expansion initiatives
- Build leadership infrastructure and scalable operational processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years of multi-unit hospitality leadership experience
- Strong upscale full-service restaurant background
- Experience leading high-volume, chef-driven concepts
- Strong P&L, labor management, and operational KPI experience
- Hands-on leadership style with strong field presence
- Proven ability to develop leaders and build culture
- Beverage/bar program leadership experience preferred
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
Ideal Backgrounds
Experience from upscale hospitality groups, chef-driven restaurant brands, lifestyle hospitality concepts, boutique hotel restaurant groups, or multi-concept restaurant organizations is highly preferred.
